The focus<\/strong> of the group is the research<\/strong> for innovative<\/strong> and sustainable<\/strong> solutions<\/strong>, valuing environmental<\/strong> responsibility<\/strong> and respect<\/strong> for the planet<\/strong>.<\/p>\n
Fragnani Group<\/strong> has 4<\/strong> different brands<\/strong> in Brazilian market: Incefra<\/strong>, Incenor<\/strong>, Tecnogres<\/strong> and In Out<\/strong>. Fragnani has 3 ceramic factories<\/strong>: Tecnogres<\/strong> and Incenor<\/strong>, both installed in Bahia and the H.Q. of Incefra<\/strong>, located in city of Cordeir\u00f3polis, in S\u00e3o Paulo. In addition, the group also includes Mineradora \u00c1gua Branca<\/strong>, created to supply Incefra’s demand for raw materials.<\/p>\n
In 2020, the Group ranked 834th <\/strong>in the ranking of the 1,000 largest companies <\/strong>in Brazil<\/strong>, according to Valor 1000 magazine, published by Valor Econ\u00f4mico newspaper. And Fragnani<\/strong> is considered the 8th largest producer<\/strong> of ceramic tiles in the world<\/strong>, according to the data released in October 2020 by Ceramic World Review magazine. Its brands develop products<\/strong> with formats that are more suited <\/strong>to the market<\/strong>, faster <\/strong>application speed<\/strong>, better<\/strong> laying aesthetics<\/strong> and lower losses<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/div>

Respect for people and the planet<\/strong><\/h2>\n
Fragnani Group<\/strong> owns and protects approximately 17 acres <\/strong>of land<\/strong> destined for a Permanent Preservation Area<\/strong> (APP)<\/strong>, intended for the preservation<\/strong> of fauna<\/strong> and flora<\/strong>, with more than 20,000 native trees<\/strong> of various species. It has a green belt around its drying area to prevent<\/strong> particulate dispersion<\/strong> outside its area and was the first industry to install tanks<\/strong> for rainwater<\/strong> treatment.<\/p>\n
In addition, Fragnani<\/strong> has a strong social focus<\/strong> with partnerships and programs to encourage education<\/strong>, reading<\/strong>, training<\/strong> of young apprentices and has an integration<\/strong> program with the local community.<\/p>\n<\/div>

Incenor<\/strong><\/h2>\n
Incenor<\/strong>, located in Dias D\u2019\u00c1vila (Bahia)<\/strong>, has four<\/strong> production lines<\/strong>. The company conquered a significant role in the Northeast, producing approximately 25 million m\u00b2\/year<\/strong> of tested<\/strong> and certified<\/strong> products<\/strong> according to the parameters of the Ceramic Center of Brazil (CCB)<\/strong>, an organization accredited by Inmetro<\/strong> (CGCRE)<\/strong>.<\/p>\n
Incenor invests <\/strong>heavily in equipment<\/strong>, constantly improving<\/strong> the quality<\/strong> of its products<\/strong> to satisfy its audience: customers, consumers, suppliers, employees and the community.<\/p>\n
It was in this factory that the Ecoget<\/strong> team, Aignep’s oldest partner<\/strong> and distributor<\/strong> in Brazil<\/strong>, carried out the installation of the air network with Infinity products, in record time. The project<\/strong> was divided into two<\/strong> assembly phases<\/strong>, first and second phase, according to Incenor’s production priorities.<\/p>\n<\/div>

The two project phases<\/strong><\/h2>\n
During the installation of the first<\/strong> phase<\/strong>, the pipeline<\/strong> with diameters<\/strong> of 168mm<\/strong>, 110mm<\/strong>, 50mm<\/strong> and 25mm<\/strong> designated to feed the milling area of \u200b\u200bthe factory were used, being completed in just 40 days<\/strong>. This clay grinding area<\/strong> \u2013 raw material for Incenor products, is considered one of the most important<\/strong> stages<\/strong> of the factory’s production<\/strong> process<\/strong>.<\/p>\n
In the second stage<\/strong> of assembly, pipes<\/strong> with diameters<\/strong> between 63mm <\/strong>and 25mm<\/strong> were installed in the new enameling area of \u200b\u200bthe factory. This area is intended for the final treatment<\/strong> of Incenor products, such as enamelling and finishing the pieces. And once again, it was quickly completed<\/strong> by the Ecoget<\/strong> team. Considering the two phases, more than 1000 meters of Infinity piping were installed<\/strong>. This was the second<\/strong> project executed by Ecoget & Aignep<\/strong> to Incenor<\/strong>. The first<\/strong> project was executed 12 years ago<\/strong> in the first building in Cordeir\u00f3polis<\/strong>. As first building never presented problems in 12 years Aignep\u2018s<\/strong> Infinity<\/strong> line<\/strong> and Ecoget<\/strong> was a safe choice<\/strong> of Fragnani Group<\/strong> new lines located in Bahia.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>
