Features of the range<\/strong><\/h2>\n
53000X<\/strong> is the new Aignep series <\/strong>of automatic fluid <\/strong>and compressed air fittings<\/strong> in PPSU INOX 316L<\/strong>. It is the company’s latest development in the Food & Beverage sector. The wide range is offered in compliance with the continuous regulatory evolution of the food industry: the products comply with NSF 169<\/strong> standards, as well as regulations 1935\/2004\/EC <\/strong>and DM 174<\/strong>.<\/p>\n
As with the 53000 series of fittings, the product bodies of the 53000X series are made of PPSU<\/strong>, a thermoplastic material that combines food compatibility with resistance to high temperatures<\/strong> up to +140\u00b0C<\/strong>, and the seals are made of food-grade FKM<\/strong>. The difference<\/strong> from the 53000 sister series lies, however, in the threaded part<\/strong> of the fittings, which is, for the 53000X series, made of AISI 316L stainless steel<\/strong> instead of brass.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>

Advantages and applications of the new series <\/strong><\/h2>\n
The new series is an economical alternative<\/strong> to stainless steel-only<\/strong> fittings, being extremely lightweight<\/strong>. The extensive range is also entirely silicone free<\/strong>. The products in the range allow full passage and vacuum tightness, as well as instant connection and disconnection. The applicability of these fittings ranges from the Agrifood Industry<\/strong> to the Coffee Machine<\/strong> and Vending<\/strong> Industry<\/strong>, from Food & Beverage<\/strong> to Medical<\/strong> and Vacuum<\/strong>.<\/p>\n
