En fonction du fluide et des exigences de d\u00e9bit, choisissez le mat\u00e9riel, la taille de l&rsquo;orifice, la temp\u00e9rature, la pression, le voltage, le temps de r\u00e9ponse et les cycles si n\u00e9cessaire pour votre application.<\/p>\n<p>Voici quelques crit\u00e8res de s\u00e9lection importants:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Type de vanne:<\/strong> d\u00e9terminez si votre application n\u00e9cessite une \u00e9lectrovanne \u00e0 2 ou 3 voies.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Mat\u00e9riel du corps de la vanne:<\/strong> d\u00e9terminez le mat\u00e9riel du corps de vanne en fonction des propri\u00e9t\u00e9s chimiques et de la temp\u00e9rature du fluide, mais \u00e9galement de l&rsquo;environnement dans lequel se trouve la vanne. Les vannes en laiton des s\u00e9ries 01F, 02F, 03F et 04F sont g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement utilis\u00e9es pour les fluides neutres. Les vannes en acier inoxydable des s\u00e9ries 1XF, 2XF et 4XF ont une bonne r\u00e9sistance aux produits chimiques, \u00e0 la temp\u00e9rature et \u00e0 la pression. Le piston et le ressort en acier inoxydable sont \u00e9galement en contact avec le fluide et doivent \u00e9galement \u00eatre compatibles.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Mat\u00e9riel du joint:<\/strong> en fonction des propri\u00e9t\u00e9s chimiques et de la temp\u00e9rature du fluide, vous pouvez choisir 3 mat\u00e9riaux de joint ou de membrane diff\u00e9rents NBR, EPDM, FKM.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Dur\u00e9e de fonctionnement:<\/strong> en fonction de la dur\u00e9e de fonctionnement, vous pouvez choisir une vanne normalement ouverte ou normalement ferm\u00e9e. Si le temps d&rsquo;ouverture de la vanne est plus court que le temps de fermeture, une vanne normalement ferm\u00e9e est pr\u00e9f\u00e9rable et vice versa.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Pression:<\/strong> la vanne doit pouvoir r\u00e9sister \u00e0 la pression maximale requise pour votre application. Il est \u00e9galement important de noter la pression minimale car un haut diff\u00e9rentiel de pression peut provoquer la d\u00e9faillance de la vanne.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Type de fonctionnement:<\/strong> d\u00e9terminez si votre application n\u00e9cessite une \u00e9lectrovanne \u00e0 commande directe, indirecte ou semi-directe.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Temp\u00e9rature:<\/strong> assurez-vous que les mat\u00e9riaux de la vanne peuvent r\u00e9sister aux exigences de temp\u00e9rature minimale et maximale de votre application. La prise en compte de la temp\u00e9rature est \u00e9galement essentielle pour d\u00e9terminer la capacit\u00e9 de la vanne car elle affecte la viscosit\u00e9 et le d\u00e9bit du fluide.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Tension:<\/strong> choisissez nos bobines disponibles en version AC et DC dans le voltage requis. Tous ont la classe d&rsquo;isolation H CEI EN 60085 et sont adapt\u00e9s \u00e0 un taux de service de 100% ED.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Temps de r\u00e9ponse:<\/strong> le temps de r\u00e9ponse d&rsquo;une vanne est le temps n\u00e9cessaire \u00e0 une vanne pour passer de la position ouverte \u00e0 la position ferm\u00e9e ou vice versa. Les petites \u00e9lectrovannes \u00e0 action directe r\u00e9agissent beaucoup plus rapidement que les vannes \u00e0 action semi-directe ou indirecte.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Homologations:<\/strong> en fonction de l&rsquo;application, assurez-vous que la vanne n\u00e9cessite une approbation, par ex. ATEX, UL etc&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>Degr\u00e9 de protection: assurez-vous que la vanne a la classification IP appropri\u00e9e pour la protection contre la poussi\u00e8re, les liquides, l&rsquo;humidit\u00e9 et les contacts.
