POLICY WHISTLEBLOWING

Aignep SpA (as follow, Aignep) promotes an open corporate culture, based on ethics, transparency and responsibility, and inspired by the values that guide its organisation: trust, integrity, courage, passion and inclusion.
For this reason, Aignep provides an internal channel to report information relating to violations of laws and regulations as well as its system of company rules and procedures by its administrators, staff or third parties. Aignep is allowed to identify any irregularities and promptly adopt the necessary corrective measures, preventing any economic or reputational damage.

Who can report relating to violations of laws and regulations as well as system of Aignep rules and procedures?

Employees, former employees, candidates for job positions, partners, customers, suppliers, consultants, collaborators, partners and, more generally, anyone with a legitimate interest in the company’s activity can send a report anonymously.

The report must be adequately detailed, must contain sufficient details to allow the facts reported to be verified (e.g. elements that allow the subjects involved to be identified, the context, place and time period of the facts reported and supporting documentation).

How to report?

A report can be sent:

  • in written form using the appropriate form on the Company’s website, at the address (https://www.aignep.com/pt-br/whistleblowing/), suitable for guaranteeing the confidentiality of the identity of the whistleblower through the use of secure protocols and tools encryption;
  • in oral form, through a direct meeting, that will set within a reasonable time, to be requested by registered mail with acknowledgment of receipt and proof of delivery, sent with the word “CONFIDENTIAL” to the company representative for the whistleblowing – Christian Leal Rodrigues – Via Don G. Bazzoli, n. 34, 25070 Bione (BS).

How are reports manage?

Aignep has entrusted the management of the reports to an internal representative identified in the person of Christian Leal Rodrigues.

What protections are guaranteed to the whistleblower?

Italian Law (D.lgs. n. 24/2023) introduced a unitary regulation of reporting channels and protections recognized for whistleblowers in the public and private sector.

The reporter, the facilitator and the people involved in the report are guaranteed absolute confidentiality. In the case of anonymous reports, it is not possible to trace the identity of the reporter. Any form of personal or professional retaliation for reporting is not permitted or tolerated. If you believe you have suffered retaliation as a result of reporting, you can report it to the National Anti-Corruption Authority (ANAC).

All processing of personal data is carried out in compliance with the legislation on the protection of personal data.
