X7F – Here is the valve you don’t expect!<\/strong><\/h2>\n
The X7F is coaxial valve in stainless steel AISI 316L!\u00a0 The coaxial valve uses a unique design where and internal piston is moved by air to open and close. Controlling the flow of a medium through the piston is much easier and more efficient (1:10) than a traditional ball valve. The stainless steel material of the body is designed to handle multiple fluids , including agressive ones such as chemicals or industrial wastewater.<\/p>\n
Available in 7 different sizes from G3\/8 to G2″ in 2\/2 NC single acting with FKM seals as standard model. On request are available the NO or Double Acting version and the EPDM seals in case of steam application.
\nThe valves is highly resistant to corrosion and leak-free operation are guaranteed. The robust construction of the valve defeats vibraton, mechanical stress and temperature fluctuations! The X7F is a pneumatic valve that you can pilot directly with fittings, but most commonly powered by the Namur valves 08VS or 08VP that Aignep can offer together.
