HostMilano<\/strong> is a global event dedicated to the Ho.re.ca and Food Service sectors, which every two years showcases the latest innovations in equipment, raw materials, tools, and semi-finished products, with a particular focus on technological innovations. This year, the fair, now in its 44th edition, will be held from October 17 to 21 at the Fieramilano exhibition center in Rho.<\/strong>
\nMore than 2,000 exhibitors from 50 countries will have the opportunity to present their most innovative and cutting-edge solutions in the catering sector to hundreds of highly qualified buyers and international operators. Aignep’s innovative solutions at HostMilano<\/h2>\n
In addition to its range for the Food & Beverage sector, Aignep will present:<\/p>\n

  • the new F1F and F2F<\/strong> direct-acting fluid valves with flange mounting, the new 05F servo-operated piston valve for steam, the 06F and X6F diaphragm valves, the 08F direct in-line valves, and the brand new T1F valves with technopolymer body.<\/li>\n
  • 54000 SpringFit<\/strong> Series: This is the perfect combination of the safest push-in technology on the market and total food compatibility. The bodies and threads are made of bio-based technopolymer, the seals are made of EPDM, and the clamp is made of stainless steel. The design is ergonomic and compact. Thanks to their special internal construction, the 54000 Series fittings guarantee a total seal even in the event of pipe misalignment and prevent the pumping effect. All materials are fully compliant with NSF and MOCA (EU 1935\/2004) industry regulations as well as ACS, KTW, DM174\/2004, W270, and WRAS national standards. Range currently available for metric tubes of 4\u20136\u20138\u201310\u201312 mm.
    \nCylindrical BSPP threads 1\/8\u20131\/4\u20133\/8\u20131\/2. White color with gray crimp ring. Recommended tubes: PELLD, FEP, PTFE. Aignep offers a range of products that comply with NSF 169, as well as 1935\/2004\/EC and DM 174. Our \u201cSPRINGFIT\u201d fittings are used in beverage dispensers, water filtration and purification systems, dosing devices or softeners, beer tapping systems, vending machines, reverse osmosis systems, etc. They are also in demand in the cosmetics and pharmaceutical sectors.   • \u00a0The new 16 and 17V<\/strong> electro-pneumatic valves, 16 and 10 mm, which combine quality, modularity, and performance. Recently launched on the market, they already offer numerous options: they are available in normally closed or normally open versions, monostable or bistable, and can also be used for vacuum applications with separate supply control from the pressure of the individual valve. The valve body is made of anodized aluminum, while the spool is made of nickel-plated aluminum to increase strength and durability. The flow rates are high, approximately 700 Nl\/min, which allows for greater speed in the movement of components or the activation of larger cylinders. Installation and maintenance are incredibly easy. A reduction in pneumatic and electrical connections is guaranteed. A wide range of accessories is available. The electronics are particularly well designed and reinforced to ensure operation even in extreme environments. Direct connection to the PLC is achieved through a wide choice of communication protocols such as ProfiNet, EtherCAT, Ethernet IP and, soon, IO-Link.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
    Last but not least, the products of the new UNIVER AUTOMATION<\/strong> will also be presented here following the acquisition of the pneumatic business unit of UNIVER S.p.A.<\/strong>, which specializes in components for industrial automation.
