Our first commercial subsidiary has been operating in the USA since 1996, originally under the name Alpha Technologies.
Since 2022—following a targeted restructuring plan—the subsidiary has been 100% owned by Aignep spa and has fully aligned itself with a commercial strategy focused on selling the five product lines: fittings, automation components, quick couplings, FLUIDITY solenoid control valves, and the INFINITY compressed air distribution system. In recent years, sales performance has grown significantly, despite unexpected market turbulence related to tariffs.
Work recently began on the expansion of our logistics hub in Fairview, TN.
This initiative aims to further enhance shipping services for our extensive distribution network spanning North America.
The new operational center will also incorporate our second warehouse, currently located in Centreville, TN.
The groundbreaking event was celebrated by Aignep Spa CEO Graziano Bugatti, Aignep USA CEO Jason Dove, Export Manager Matteo Pomelli, and INFINITY Manager Dan Hastings—joined by the entire Aignep USA team.
This major investment underscores Aignep’s strong commitment to the U.S. market and its ambition for continued growth in the years ahead.
