AIGNEP CORPORATE MEETING 2024
The two-day event with the Aignep international sales force likely involved a mix of strategic discussions, team-building activities, and training sessions aimed at improving sales performance and aligning goals across regions.
The first day was focused on aligning the global sales strategy and sharing insights on regional market trends. Managers of the 11 branches presented updates , best practices and successful cases of different markets. Breakout groups allowed the sales teams to brainstorm and collaborate on overcoming common obstacles in their respective markets.
By incorporating a typical Italian winery team-building experience at Franciacorta La Montina, the first night becomes an opportunity for team bonding in a unique, memorable setting. This experience not only strengthens relationships but also helps break down cultural barriers, making it easier for the international sales force to comunicate.
The second day was concentrated on new products and services which Aignep develops and implements with punctual regularity. Particular attention and appreciation for the new fittings line for drinking water SPRINGFIT, the new Valveisland 16V and 17V and the FLUIDITY solenoid valves catalogue extension.
Final twist with the presentation of the new technical drawing software “INFINITY AIR PLANNER” which allows the design of a compressed air system in an industrial plant with great simplicity, accuracy and speed.
At the end of the convention, the Bugatti family thanked all the participants for the work done and for the legacy towards the brand.
