AIGNEP MEXICO – A new branch office has born

AIGNEP continues its international business expansion in America and it is pleased to announce the opening of a new branch office in Mexico.

AIGNEP MEXICO S.A. de CV is the tenth branch of Aignep

The new office is located in Iztapalapa , a busy suburb of Mexico City built on the ruins of an ancient pre-Colombian town.  The area is now becoming important for industry like food & beverage and electromobility.  The branch has spacious offices and an efficient warehouse with more than 2000 codes already available. The workshop for the construction of the pneumatic cylinders will be completed in the next weeks.

Mr. Jose Alfredo Mejia has assumed the role of Country Manager and he will report to Mr. Mario Rotonda who is responsabile for the Aignep activities in Latam.  A local team of 6 people distributed between administration, warehouse and sales is already operational.

The opening cerimony took place in the first week of June in the presence of Mr. Graziano Bugatti,  CEO of the Aignep SpA who commented:  “After getting positive feedback from the latest performances of the foreign subsidiary companies, we’ve decided to invest in Mexico. This is the 12th largest GDP country with a strong connection to the US market.  Our intention is always to be as close as possible to our industrial consumers”.

Promotional activity began at the same time as the inauguration with the partecipation to the Expopack Fair in Santa Fe, CDMX.  The products immediately caught the attention of the Mexican audience who recognized Aignep as a fresh, innovative and quality Italian brand. It was definitely a good start!
