Dagna leads the Junior Overall, Cagnoni the new Youth championship leader

A standout weekend for Alex Belometti’s KTM Pro Racing Team at the Finnish round of the FIM EnduroGP World Championship, one of the toughest races of the season with mud, roots and extreme conditions.

Excellent performance from Romain Dagna, who won both the Junior 2 and Junior Overall classes on Saturday. On Sunday, the French rider finished 3rd in class and 4th overall, results that earned him the red plate as leader of the Junior Overall World Championship.

Strong weekend as well for Simone Cagnoni in the Youth category: 5th on Saturday and 3rd on Sunday. Despite struggling with the Finnish terrain, the Italian rider secured crucial points and returned home as the new leader of the Youth championship.

Positive comeback also for Gabin Allemand, racing for the first time after his collarbone injury: 6th on Saturday and 9th on Sunday.

Good results also came from the team-supported riders, highlighted by Robin Wiss’ double podium in the Open 4T class and his own red plate as championship leader.
