Aignep offers itself to distributors and end users as a single source for all technical needs in the field of pneumatic automation.

Pneumatic automation according to Aignep. The company renewed its presence at MECSPE by focusing on innovation. The company is moving in five directions: fittings, quick couplings, automation, distribution of compressed air, inert gases and vacuum (Infinity line) and fluid control valves (Fluidity line).

Among the latest products developed is the solenoid valve island Series 16V, which combines quality, modularity and high performance. High flow rates of up to 700 Nl/min allow for faster component handling and the actuation of large cylinders. The valve body is made of anodised aluminium, while the spool is nickel-plated aluminium to increase robustness and durability.

Other strengths include easy installation and maintenance, reduced pneumatic and electrical connections, and a wide range of accessories. In addition, the reinforced electronics guarantee operation even in extreme environments. Direct connection to the PLC is via a wide choice of communication protocols such as, ProfiNet, EtherCAT, Ethernet IP and soon IO-Link. Multi-connectors with 25 or 37 pins are also available.

Speed, precision and position control with Aignep electric cylinders

Aignep has also recently introduced a new range of electric cylinders to respond to applications requiring speed, precision and constant position control.

The H and G series with in-line and parallel motors are made of aluminum and hardened steel. Both follow the ISO 15552 standard and offer a whole range of advantages:

motion speed, positioning accuracy and control, interchangeability with ISO 15552 pneumatic cylinders, multiple positioning capability, and anti-rotation functionality. The two series operate a wide temperature range, from -20°C to +100°C.
